Extension of Referral Period for Docket SI-20-003: Gross Reservoir & Dam Expansion

The Director has granted an extension to the referral Agency review period until November 13, 2020, at 4:30 p.m.

Thanks to the many people who contacted them, Boulder County has extended the comment period on the 1041 Application from Denver Water related to the Gross Dam Expansion project.

Our team is working hard to:

1. Read and understand the Boulder County 1041 Regulations

2. Read Denver Water's 1041 Application and related documents

3. Identify deficiencies in the application

We encourage everyone to do the same - but if you don't have the time to wade through all of that we understand! Once we have put together a strategy and facts to present to Boulder County we will share ideas for you to use in your own comments to the Commissioners.
